Enchanted Forest is a mix of 9 different green pigments and gold/green chameleon chrome pigment. This one pairs well with Fall Foliage and Seasons Change. It's the exact same base as Fall Foliage. I created the base first and did a test swatch and decided that I needed to make this a shimmer dip of its own and then the actual foil dip that I had envisioned. The color is so much prettier in person and when hit with sunlight or under different lighting, it sparkles like a fine glitter mix. Pictures do not do this one any justice. There is a beautiful flash from the gold chameleon chrome that was hard to capture in the pictures. I used new dip liquids and the top coat left a thick cloudy haze that made it hard to get decent photos. These swatch photos look dull with no depth. In person, the color is rich and shimmery. Videos show what the color looks like in the sunlight.
Swatch shown was made with 2 dips of color and encapsulated in clear, activated and then 2 layers of dip top coat.
*Powders made with ultrafine glitter may sometimes have a different consistency due to the addition of powdered acrylic.
Pictures of colors are taken in different lighting to best represent their true color. Color may however vary slightly depending on monitor settings.
While I try to capture the best photo of the true color, there are many things that may alter the color and vary your results. Computer monitors may make the color appear different than what it looks like in person. Other factors include lighting and method of application. Dip liquids vs. gel liquids will give you a different result as well as the amount of layers of color that you may apply. Swatches are made with 2-3 coats of color using the laydown method in a cupcake liner and most colors are encapsulated in clear. Dip liquids are used on every swatch. Solid colors may also have a slight shimmer due to contamination of the dip liquids.
