Alzheimer's Awareness Collection

Colors in this collection were made in honor of my Grandparents.  I had 3 out of 4 suffer from this horrible disease.  My Nana suffered the longest and Gertie Girl and Forget Me Not were the original colors made in her memory.  I added Memories Matter and Love Never Forgets to the collection during Alzheimer's Awareness Month.
